Campaign Rules & Entry Terms
Campaign Rules & Entry Terms
Please read these terms carefully before entering. By entering, you confirm you understand and accept these rules.
Important: These rules apply to the current LuxStarRaffle campaign.
Campaign-specific details (prize, dates, entry options, and charity list) are confirmed on the
Current Campaign page.
1) Promoter
The promoter of this campaign is LuxStarRaffle (“we”, “us”, “our”).
For contact details, please use the
Contact Us page.
2) Eligibility
- You must be aged 18 or over to enter.
- You must provide accurate contact details so we can notify you if you win.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family of the promoter (where applicable) may be excluded from entering.
- Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or made using automated methods may be disqualified.
3) Campaign Dates
The campaign opening date/time, closing date/time, and draw date/time are stated on the
Current Campaign page.
Times are stated in the timezone shown on that page.
We reserve the right to extend, pause, or close the campaign where required for safety, legal compliance, or operational reasons,
but we will always act fairly and publish updates on the website.
4) How to Enter (Paid Entry)
Paid entry is available via the entry options shown on the
Enter the Raffle page.
Entry bundles, pricing, and any limits are shown before you complete checkout.
- Each successful payment generates the number of entries shown at checkout.
- If a payment fails or is reversed, associated entries may be removed.
- We may apply reasonable checks to protect fairness and prevent abuse.
5) Free Entry (Postal Route)
A free entry method is available. Instructions are provided on the
Free Entry page.
- Free entries are included in the draw on the same basis as paid entries.
- We must receive free entries by the deadline shown on the Current Campaign page.
- Free entries must follow the stated format. Illegible or incomplete entries may be invalid.
6) Entry Limits & Fair Use
Any entry limits (if applicable) are shown on the Current Campaign and entry pages.
We reserve the right to reject entries that appear to be abusive, automated, or designed to bypass limits.
7) Prize Details
The prize is described on the Current Campaign page and may include specific inclusions and exclusions.
Unless explicitly stated, travel, accommodation, spending money, and personal expenses are not included.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless we explicitly state otherwise.
If circumstances outside our reasonable control make the prize unavailable, we may provide a reasonably equivalent alternative.
8) Winner Selection & Announcement
The winner is selected by a random draw from all valid entries (paid and free).
The draw process and fairness measures are described on our
Fair Draw page.
We will notify the winner using the contact details provided. If we cannot contact the winner within a reasonable period,
or if eligibility cannot be confirmed, we may select an alternate winner.
Winner details will be published on the
Winner Announcement page
(typically using initials and region for privacy).
9) Transparency & Allocation of Funds
We aim to run LuxStarRaffle transparently. Our allocation model is:
- 30% of total takings are used for administration and operating costs.
- 50% of total takings are allocated to the charities shown on our website for the campaign.
- The prize is funded from 20% of net profit (after the above allocations and operational costs).
After each campaign closes, we publish final figures on the
Campaign Recap & Final Figures page.
10) Bonus Entries / Referrals
If referral or bonus entry offers are available, they will be described on the relevant entry page.
Bonus entries may be applied after validation to protect fairness.
11) Refunds, Chargebacks & Invalid Entries
Where permitted, entries may be removed if payments are reversed, charged back, refunded, or found to be fraudulent.
This protects fairness for all participants.
12) Privacy & Data
We use personal data to administer the campaign, contact winners, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Please review our
Privacy & Cookie Policy.
13) Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to that, we are not responsible for entries lost due to technical issues, postal delays, system errors, or events outside our reasonable control.
14) General
- We may update these rules where necessary. The latest version will always be published on this page.
- If any section is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect.
- Any attempt to manipulate or undermine the campaign may result in disqualification.
15) Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts (where applicable).
Note: This page provides general campaign rules and terms.
