1. Introduction

By entering the LuxStar Raffle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not participate.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enter the raffle. Entrants must provide accurate information. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, incorrect, or suspected to be fraudulent.

3. Raffle Entry

Each paid entry grants you a specific number of chances to win. Free entries are available via the Free Entry page. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. Payment

Entries are accepted via Stripe or PayPal. Payment must be successfully completed to qualify for entry.

5. Drawing and Winner Notification

The winner will be selected at random and contacted via the email address provided. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.

6. Prizes

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. LuxStar Raffle reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Privacy

All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy. We respect your data and will never sell or misuse your information.

8. Referral Bonus

Participants who refer friends may receive bonus entries. Full details and tracking will be handled via our referral system (UpViral integration coming soon).

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
